SNAG LISTS

Prior to the purchase of a newly constructed property, clients are advised by their solicitor or bank to have a snag list of the dwelling completed. 

A Snag List is a detailed report of snags, defects, unfinished or incomplete work your builder/developer has not attended to.

Carrying out a thorough Snag List on a newly built property is vitally important to ensure you receive an acceptable quality of finish. We can provide a thorough snag of your new property from as little as €150. We have a typical turn around of 2-3 working days from the day of inspection.

We also have a reduced rate for re-snagging the building after all remedial works from the initial snag have been completed.
