MEASURED SURVEY

Before commencing a project, we can provide a measured survey of the existing structures, dwellings, outbuildings,  extensions and overall sites.

A Measured Building Survey is an accurate record of the building showing structural elements and architectural features. Floor plans are essential to give an accurate representation of the building and this is backed up with elevations, cross sections and reflected ceiling plans presented as a scaled survey drawings.

We use millimetre accuracy technology such as laser measures and high precision total stations to capture data in the field and utilise expert in-house drafting skills to deliver even the most complex and challenging measured building survey projects. 

We can provide general arrangement plans, floor areas or full detailed surveys including windows, doors, sanitary ware, intricate architectural detail, levels etc. From this we can prepare hard copy (paper), PDFs, Autocad, or Revit drawings.

Additional reflected ceiling plans, roof plans, internal or contiguous elevations can be produced if required. We can tailor a survey package to suit your individual needs.
